Service Center
ASI’s Service Center in Denver features an extensive parts inventory and state-of-the-art,
manufacturer-specific equipment designed to assist in quickly diagnosing and repairing
problems.
As an Authorized Service Center for Pilatus, Piper and Pratt & Whitney, our team of factory-trained,
full-time, Inspection Authorized (IA) technicians can handle it all - from routine
inspections to modifications, major repairs and hot sections.
But it is our “Attention to Detail” philosophy that sets us apart from other maintenance providers.
We take great pride in the manner in which we care for our customer’s aircraft, prepare our
documentation, and assist our customers during their service visit. Our team members are
always looking for new ways to provide our aircraft owners with outstanding customer service,
enhance their ownership experience and help them protect their investment. As part of our
efforts, we always perform additional “Return to Service” checks that go above and beyond the
recommend minimums. We want to ensure our customers are happy with the results of our work.
Inspections
ASI is staffed and equipped to complete scheduled inspections in a timely and efficient manner.
We regularly handle 100-hour inspections, Annuals, and Time and Year item inspections for PC-
12s and the entire line of Piper models. We also routinely work with our aircraft owners to
incorporate service bulletin compliance into their scheduled Service Center visits. We have
significant experience performing 5-, 6- and 10-year inspections on PC-12s, including a number
of 10-year wing de-mates.
Repairs
If your Pilatus or Piper needs to be repaired as the result of an unscheduled event, ASI can
handle all of the details. We can assist with everything from minor interior repairs up to, and
including, supervising on-site emergency response to allow the aircraft to be moved to our shop
for extensive repairs.
Modifications
Our Service Center is capable of completing a variety of modifications to your Piper or Pilatus to
improve performance and enhance security and convenience.
Maintenance Management
We provide computerized logbook entries for every service visit. Our robust computer system
also allows us to provide service publication compliance and tail-to-spinner component history
reports on your aircraft to greatly simplify maintenance tracking and confirm FAR compliance.
Warranty
If some or all of our work is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we submit all of the required
documentation for you to the manufacturer for payment.
Parts
ASI houses an extensive inventory of Pilatus and Piper parts. If you need a part not traditionally
in our inventory, we will get it for you.
